Koonsultancy Scan for SAP B1

Warehouse scanning on handheld scanners and Android phones. The open documents from B1 on screen, and every scan straight onto the right line.

  • Receiving, picking, moving, counting, returns and production, straight into the B1 documents.
  • Nothing changed in SAP: no fields, tables or add-on in the B1 client.
  • One price per device per month, all functions, no implementation fee. Stock lookup is free.

KFSM

Koonsultancy Field Service Management for SAP B1

Service calls from B1 on a planning board for the planner and on the technician's phone. The job, the checklist, the signature and the work order, all back into B1 without retyping.

  • Planning board in the B1 client: drag and drop, conflicts, map, and a suggestion for the best slot.
  • Android app for the technician: the day, check-in, checklists, photos, materials, signature and work order PDF.
  • Data stays in SAP: the standard service call, scheduling lines, contracts, equipment and attachments.

KHRM

Koonsultancy HRM · standalone & for SAP B1

A simple HR system for 10 to 250 employees: file, contracts, leave, sick leave, reviews, documents and self-service, with Dutch rules as the default. On its own, or with the employee and their absence in B1 too.

  • Leave in buckets with expiry, the Gatekeeper timeline, review cycles and a mutation export to the payroll provider. No payroll.
  • Five fixed roles, enforced on the server: an employee sees themselves, a manager the team, the administrator no files.
  • Works without SAP; with the link on, the employee card and absence go to B1, and departments and cost centres come from B1.

Koonsultancy CRM for SAP B1

A light CRM for sales people, built on the customers, opportunities, activities and quotations already in B1. Customer card, My day, pipeline board and forecast in one web app, on the phone too.

  • SAP is the only truth: no customer database of its own, no import, no synchronisation. Everything through the Service Layer.
  • A 360 customer card in one screen, a pipeline board where dragging is a stage change in B1, lead to quotation and order without the B1 client.
  • Three fixed roles, two-step sign-in, a mail button for your own mail client, and two follow-up rules that create tasks in B1.

03 / WHO IT'S FOR

Small companies on SAP Business One.

The products are made for companies with a few scanners, a few technicians, a few sales people or a few dozen employees: too small for the big suites, too big to keep retyping everything. What you need is the same for all four:

  • SAP Business One 10.0 with the Service Layer enabled. KScan, KHRM and KCRM run on SQL Server and SAP HANA, alongside the B1 client or the Web Client; KFSM on SQL Server first, HANA later. KHRM also works without SAP at all.
  • A Windows server next to SAP; the SAP server itself is fine.
  • Android devices: handheld scanners or phones for KScan, phones or tablets for KFSM. No iOS; at most later, on request. KHRM and KCRM run in the browser, on PC and on any phone.
  • Your own administrator or B1 partner for the installation, with the manual.

Why this exists.

Behind Koonsultancy is a small team of ERP consultants with years of implementations at small companies. On those projects the same gaps kept coming back: a warehouse that still receives with a pen, a technician whose slips get retyped in the evening, leave and sick leave in a spreadsheet next to the ERP. The big suites solve that at a price that doesn't fit there. So we build it ourselves, small and affordable.
