ABOUT US
ERP consultants who build what was missing.
Koonsultancy is a small team of SAP Business One consultants. We build the add-ons we kept missing on projects at small companies: small, affordable, install it yourself. And on the side, a game about the trade.
01 / WHO WE ARE
Years of projects
at small companies.
Our background is the day-to-day of small and mid-sized companies on SAP Business One: implementations, training key users, and earlier in our working lives the other side of the table, in sales, order intake and the warehouse. So we've retyped the slips in the evening ourselves, and entered stock from a paper list.
On those projects we kept seeing the same gaps: a warehouse that still receives with a pen, a technician whose work orders sit in a folder in the van. The big suites solve that at a price and with an implementation that don't fit there. That experience is why we think we can make the difference here: small add-ons for SAP Business One that do one job well, built by people who know how such a company works, and that a company with a few scanners, a few vans or a few dozen employees can afford.
We build at our own pace and without investors. That means: first get an add-on running at a first customer, then sell anything. And be honest about what is and isn't included.
Based in the Netherlands. And yes, we've seen enough steering committees to make a card game about them.
03 / HOW WE WORK
Small, honest, in writing.
- Built the way we'd want to buy itOne installer, a manual, and your own administrator or B1 partner doing the installation. No implementation project, no consultant on site.
- In SAP, not next to itEverything reads and posts through the Service Layer, into the standard B1 documents. No second administration, no integration that needs maintenance.
- Clear limitsSupport by email, reply within two working days. No 24/7, no custom work. What's not included is on the product page.
- Nothing promised that isn't builtEvery product page has a Status section with what works, what's tested and what's next. A price or a date only comes once it runs at a first customer.
